She was so desperate to become Governor, she refused to do the ethical thing in 2022, which is stepping down as Secretary of State, & having someone else certify her election results. Hobbs has made headlines due to her alleged ties to the Sinaloa Cartel, & now she's in the spotlight for her blatant corruption when it comes to campaign financing. Hobbs campaigned on ending dark money in campaigns & forcing disclosure. Sounds like a great thing, right? Well, it was great, until Katie Hobbs realized one of those Dark Money entities being forced to disclose, is a major donor of hers.
