Because of PC ruling they will only accept 35.

HIGH COURT LATEST:
Garvaghy Road residents are likely to be back in the High Court in Belfast later today as they argue that the policing operation should be brought to an end, given that more than 24 hours have passed since the stipulated time for the Orange March. The Residents will once again be represented by Phoenix Law.

Update: Police assessment remains the same, the parade has been stopped at police lines for a third time today @BelTel
Update: Police have confirmed that the parades commission determination is still live.
Orange members have now asked for an update assessment saying they want to parade now.
