I want every dime our Government stole from us in the name of "climate" back. It is outright theft.
Arctic sea ice extent is highest for the date in the past twenty years. The Arctic melting scam has completely collapsed, and I am thoroughly enjoying it. 😀 osisaf-hl.met.no/archive/osi…

Embarrassing Danielle smith endorses this crap
I'm honestly amazed that Canada is at this point that we celebrating the total mismanagement of our infrastructure projects as an achievement. The new West Coast Oil Pipeline, called Pacific Link: > After sitting in paperwork for months. > Gets destinated as a project of national interest as if we didn't know it. > Will now spend another year in paperwork trying to navigate red tape. > Taxpayers in Alberta and across Canada will finance Indigenous ownership of minimum 10%. > Alberta and Canada will have equal ownership. > Still no private sector investment. > Goal to begin construction by 2032‼️ In total, a 3 year project will take 10 years and, to no surprise, the private sector doesn't have much interest. WTF are we doing here??

NEW - This Hamilton Steel mill layoff in Canada is a HUGE story -- The owner, Cleveland-Cliffs REFUSED emergency cash (undisclosed amount) from Mark Carney and violated an agreement they signed to not lay any workers off. Think of how BADLY you want to leave a country to REFUSE EMERGENCY cash! Cleveland-Cliffs (American) bought Stelco for $3.4 billion in 2024.... Ottawa approved it with conditions attached under the Investment Canada Act. Those undertakings run until late 2029. - Maintain at least the same number of unionized employees as when the deal was announced - Keep the vast majority of non-union employees - Honour existing collective agreements, pensions, and benefits - Keep the head office in Hamilton - Keep operating as “Stelco, a Cleveland-Cliffs Company” - Make significant capital and R&D investments - Don’t let emissions intensity rise Less than two years later they are indefinitely idling the cold-rolled and coated lines at Hamilton Works. Up to 500 workers affected. The union says about 350 in Hamilton. They blame Trump tariffs but their own CEO cheered those tariffs. Carney is now talking about pursuing them “to the full extent of the law.” We are getting our butt kicked here - companies are refusing cash to stay in Canada now..... and they're openly violating agreements and just leaving.

Newsflash to the expert economist - businesses aren’t there to be “loyal”
Mark Carney says that Stelco's American owners "betrayed" the up to 500 workers the company is set to layoff in Hamilton. Cleveland-Cliffs agreed with the feds not layoff anyone until 2029, a deal Carney plan to "pursue to the full extent of the law" There was money on the table from the feds to avoid layoffs according to Carney, who noted that Cleveland-Cliffs CEO has been a vocal Trump steel tariff supporter, while the company blamed those tariffs as one reason why over 80% of their Hamilton workforce is set to be laid off #cdnpoli

Even the peso is better than CAD
Mexican peso is outperforming the Canadian dollar. Just 5 years ago it was 16 Pesos to 1 Canadian dollar, now it's 12 Pesos to 1 Canadian dollar. Your winter vacation will cost you more as the Mexican dollar far outperforms the Canadian dollar.
