Tim Walz sold our public power utility, Minnesota Power, to Black Rock. Now Black Rock will pay itself back for buying it with debt incurred by Minnesota Power. Ratepayers will pay for Black Rock's purchase PLUS interest PLUS what they pay for getting actual power. Tim Walz is a criminal. Black Rock also probably owns the bank that will collect the interest.
