Our TEST team worked with @QinetiQ to enable the first UK-US firing of a torpedo from an uncrewed submarine. A heavyweight torpedo developed by the US and Australia was test-fired from a @RoyalNavy Excalibur Extra-Large Uncrewed Undersea Vehicle at MOD’s BUTEC site in Scotland.

The NAD Group was out in force at @dvd_event meeting, engaging and collaborating with our @BritishArmy and industry colleagues as we work together to ensure our armed forces are Connected for Combat. A massive thank you to everyone who made DVD an event to remember!

DVD26 is a demonstration of next generation capabilities for the British Army. It was good to be at the Millbrook proving grounds to see Challenger 3, Ajax, Boxer, RCH-155 and the M270-A2 side by side - new capabilities that increase the lethality of the British Army.

On the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks, the United Kingdom remembers the near 3,000 people who lost their lives on that terrible day, including 67 British citizens. We pay tribute to all those affected including frontline emergency workers, who continue to confront the threat of terrorism and put their lives at risk to protect others.
