Deepening the engagement between 🇺🇦 & NATO, implementation of aANP as one of main instruments for reforms in defence & security, strengthening the ability of Ukraine to repel missile and drone attacks – these were among the main topics of my meeting with @DepSecGenNATO . Grateful for close cooperation and a warm welcome. We remain committed to continue 🇺🇦’s Euro-Atlantic path

Met w/ @NATO Assistant Secretary General for Operations @_ChristianBuck. russia continues to test how far it can go, incl through a growing number of dangerous incidents along NATO borders. We discussed, how Ukraine’s battlefield experience can contribute to our joint security and deeper practical cooperation with NATO. With winter approaching, strengthening Ukraine’s air defence & energy resilience is an urgent priority. Grateful to NATO & Allies for their continued support. Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic course remains unchanged, and we will continue advancing the reforms needed on this path

Today at #COELA in Brussels presented where Ukraine stands on 🔑 accession reforms. 114 EU-related draft laws are currently in Parliament. We are strengthening Government-Parliament coordination and putting in place a clear monitoring framework for the interim benchmarks, with a strong focus on rule of law reforms. We will continue working closely with the @EU_Commission & Member States to deliver on our commitments and move the accession process forward

Met w/ DG ENEST Director-General @GertJanEU in Brussels. Ukraine has completed the technical groundwork with the @EU_Commission to open the remaining negotiation clusters. We are coordinating the next steps closely with 🇪🇺 Member States, while continuing to deliver on our accession commitments. Also discussed deeper integration into the EU Single Market. We are ready to move faster on both tracks

The compromise reportedly reached in Brussels on the extension of the EU’s individual sanctions must not open the door to political exemptions. At a time when Russia is intensifying its terror against Ukraine & showing zero interest in meaningful peace negotiations, any exemptions for figures such as Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman sends a dangerous signal. Weakening or politicizing sanctions now undermines EU credibility and play into Russia’s hands. Europe must demonstrate strength and unity. EU must not retreat when Russia escalates. Ukraine will continue working with its European partners to ensure that sanctions remain credible, effective and enforceable

Had a good meeting with @EUHomeAffairs DG Beate Gminder. We discussed UA’s cooperation with Frontex, preparations for Schengen integration & joint border controls. Also spoke about temporary protection for Ukrainians in the 🇪🇺 and the importance of clear and consistent rules across Member States. Plenty of practical work ahead as Ukraine moves closer to the EU

Had a good discussion with #COREPER Ambassadors in 📍Brussels this morning. Briefed our partners on the security situation in Ukraine and our plans to advance key reforms, particularly under the IBAR. We focused on moving Ukraine’s 🇪🇺 accession forward, accelerating our practical integration into the EU & strengthening our joint security and defence. Ukraine is doing its homework. Now we need to keep the momentum and turn our shared priorities into concrete progress. Accession negotiations, reforms & deeper integration into the EU Single Market should move forward in parallel

The rollover of EU individual sanctions without preconditions is critical. This is not the time to weaken pressure on Russia but to strengthen it.Sanctions are working. The Kremlin must see that the cost of its aggression will keep rising until it engages in meaningful negotiations & ends its genocidal war against Ukraine

Ukraine’s 🇪🇺 accession requires our regions to be ready for membership from day one. At the Carpathian Economic Forum, stressed that this work must start now: building capacity, learning to develop quality projects & strengthening partnerships w/ 🇪🇺 regions. The Carpathian Initiative can serve as a practical platform for this cooperation. We should use it to connect regions, share experience & prepare together for the opportunities that EU membership will bring. Grateful to the President for launching this initiative, and to all our partners for their support in turning it into practical cooperation across the region!

🇷🇺 launched another massive overnight attack against Ukraine, using missiles, as well as jet-powered Shahed drones. Kyiv suffered significant damage to residential buildings & civilian infrastructure. At least 10 people were injured and, tragically, 2 were killed. Critical infrastructure was targeted also in the Kyiv region, a market in Odesa region, a locomotive in Sumy region, while Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions also came under attack. Our defenders intercepted 175 aerial targets overnight. Yet ballistic missiles remain an esp. serious challenge. 🇺🇦urgently needs more interceptors & stronger air defence capabilities. Grateful to all partners who continue to stand with us

Ukraine’s EU integration must advance on 3 parallel tracks: negotiations, reforms & practical integration. At the informal #GAC in Dublin, stressed that 🇺🇦 is technically ready to open all remaining clusters, as already confirmed by the EC. We count on the unity of EU Member States in opening them as soon as possible, reaffirming our shared commitment to a merit-based accession process. Gradual integration into EU policies & the Single Market should accelerate accession, not replace it. Our destination is clear – full 🇺🇦 membership in the 🇪🇺

Glad to meet in Dublin with 🇮🇪 Minister of State for European Affairs and Defence @ThomasByrneTD . Grateful for Ireland’s strong support for Ukraine & for keeping our EU accession high on the agenda of the Council Presidency. We discussed the next steps in the negotiations, incl opening the remaining clusters and making progress on those already open, as well as deeper practical integration into EU policies and programmes. Ukraine will continue doing its part to move towards full EU membership

We discussed practical ways to deepen 🇺🇦🇸🇰 cooperation, incl through the Carpathian Integration Initiative & the next round of intergov. consultations. Ukraine values regular dialogue w/ Slovakia and sees strong potential for further joint work on energy, infrastructure, trade & cross-border cooperation

Glad to meet in Dublin w/ 🇱🇹 Vice-minister of Foreign Affairs @SigitasMitkus to discuss Ukraine’s 🇪🇺 accession. We focused on the importance of keeping the process merit-based, opening the remaining clusters as soon as possible & maintaining momentum on reforms. Grateful for Lithuania’s consistent support & readiness to work with us on concrete next steps, including ahead of its 2027 EU Council Presidency

Good discussion w/ 🇪🇺 Commissioner @Piotr_Serafin on Ukraine’s financing needs, incl for defence, and the outlook for 2027. We exchanged views on available EU instruments, possible ways to address emerging needs, & contributions from international partners. Grateful for the EU’s continued support & close coordination as we work together on the way forward

Had a good exchange w/ North Macedonia’s 1st DPM & Minister for European Affairs Bekim Sali. Discussed the importance of candidate country’s support during our 🇪🇺 path, to share experience & move forward together. We agreed to make full use of our Memo on coop. in 🇪🇺 integration
