$MSOS I'm going to lock it in and say the ALJ recommendation to move all cannabis from schedule I to schedule III will hit the tape this week 😁

nobody is buying cooper Flagg rookie cards for 8 million dollars at market organically in the year of our lord 2026 the bid is obviously coming from folks heavily invested in selling you Topps pack rips, hobby boxes, stream slots, convention tickets and autograph sessions at all time high prices and mass market scale the carnival only works if there’s a Willy wonka golden lotto ticket out there everyone is chasing

Drug scheduling nerds: Lysergic acid and lysergic acid amide are schedule iii drugs. Neither has fda approval. A bevy of anabolic steroids are schedule iii despite lacking fda approval. There are many other examples. Thought the nerds should be aware. That is all.

It's pure comedy over at $ACB.
$ACB shareholders should be outraged. Rather than address $CURA’s premium offer, $ACB management is begging for relief from regulators because the bid expires after 105 days at 5:00 p.m. instead of 11:59 p.m.    Seven hours.    Is this really what matters to shareholders? Or is this just the latest act of desperation because $ACB management knows which direction shareholders are going?    They try to deny shareholders choice and value through technicalities instead of letting investors decide for themselves.   And yes, we already said we would extend the offer until 11:59pm.    $ACB shareholders deserve more. We will keep fighting to make sure their voices can be heard. grow.curaleaf.com/

In his latest video, @JesseRedmond reflects on what Salisbury Canyon Ranch means for LEEF’s future. Salisbury Canyon Ranch strengthens our ability to capture more market share in California, gives us a differentiated supply advantage as we pursue export markets, and has become an important part of our conversations around strategic supply agreements and future interstate commerce. Built in California. Ready for the world. $LEEF $LEEEF

$MSOS is over $1B AUM and owns $160M of $GTBIF and people are losing their minds over selling $5M (0.50% of AUM, 3% of $GTBIF position ) on a given day. The cash position fluctuates between +/- a few % of AUM with these tiny rebalances = immaterial. Not defending MSOS, but retail investors in the space need some reference points and stop obsessing over absolute share quantity trades in these daily updates. $CURLF and $TRLV have stronger growth catalysts near term while $GTBIF fights for market share with small store additions in mature markets with pricing pressure. The tier 2 names being added to trade at over a full turn discount to the top 3 with higher upside on rescheduling. Just buy the underlying in your own weights and stop complaining if you disagree with the portfolio management.

If you think a catalyst is on the horizon and $GTBIF is being artificially suppressed it’s much easier to use it as a buying opportunity than get mad at $MSOS for whatever reason. With positive news it’s going much higher. I’m buying.
