Over a month has passed since a 16-year-old minor schoolgirl went missing from Bhalswa Dairy (Outer North Delhi), yet local police have made zero breakthrough!

Acting on a formal representation filed by @sewanyaya regarding Alpine International School (Shamli) targeting students wearing Tilak & Kalava, yhe instructor was sacked and CBSE issued a formal warning to the school.
Shamli Police submitted its report to the Commission.
The UP Basic Education Department has remained completely silent and failed to submit its report.
Cracking down on this delay, the @India_NHRC bench presided by Hon'ble Member @KanoongoPriyank has summoned an Action Taken Report from the Principal Secretary (Basic Education, UP) within 4 weeks.

Humiliating Hindu students and locking them out of classrooms over sacred Durga Deeksha malas in Champapet is an outright assault on their dignity and constitutional rights.
Schools cannot run arbitrary diktats that override the Constitution of India and the Right to Education.
