It's done. He took it like a Champ. The palladia chemo medicine. Yesterday we went to VSNT in Fort Worth where his oncologist is. I thought he would begin yesterday but it was a chance to do more tests and exam before commencement of the chemo.
He will take Monday Wednesday and Friday. Today is his first and then Monday he takes another round. I misspoke in the video and said Wednesday. Just saying so anyone thinks I forget Monday.
So yesterday, when meeting with the oncologist she wanted to inform me that there is a chance Hercules could just drop dead. I asked what from the chemo? She said no that the second tumor they aren't sure of, is covering the adrenal glands. If it has consumed it or has attached its a whole different level. And one of the thing that could happen but she did also say uncommon, he could drop dead.
I asked would it be painful, she uses the word, he can be distressed. But yes it would be painful in the end before he passes. She said some owners have been gone and come home with their deceased dog. Or that if I am here, and it would be resemblance to when I I initially took Herc to VSNT. I need to keep and eye on his gums and may need to take to the emergency room and bring my discharge paperwork to the VEG nearby so they know he may need a narcotic to settle him down or that he may be let go then.
That's not part of the soft exit I wanted or really may not have a choice. But I am going to live it as we are going to have our soft exits and try to give him as many happy experiences as possible. Another video shows our walk by the pool and we both waded a bit. I know he want probably thought about going for a swim but for today we waded. Then we went by the cement where Bijou's
@MissThangBijou paw print is when they re cemented last month. I asked maintenance if they do another section to let me know especially if Hercules is around. I would love to get his paw prints done too. ๐พ๐โฅ๏ธ

Today we also launch our Gofundme to help cover the medical bills which include exams, tests, imaging with x-rays and ultrasound so far, medicines and other fees from the Vet and Oncologist at their clinics.
Anything above and beyond will go to
@TheHerdHouse with Tine and her furry babies to help them too.
Here is the link if you would love to contribute. I have read several would like to and of course anyone else who can help by donating or sharing if not both. God bless and thank you being part of Hercules' adventures and now his final chapter which we pray can be a soft exit to paradise in Heaven. โค๏ธ ๐ ๐ถ
