August 2026 Project Update Over the past two years, we've focused heavily on development. During that time, we: • Improved the security of the Validity blockchain and updated the official Qt Wallet. • Released Mass Adoption, our Discord game. • Released Staker, allowing people to stake $VAL directly through Discord. • Launched a new website. We're now entering a new phase. While development will continue, our primary focus will now shift toward marketing and community building. ❗ BitMart Update: BitMart has responded and requested additional time. According to BitMart, they expect to resolve the current issues by the end of September. We are willing to give BitMart the additional time they requested, after which we will reassess our position. In the meantime, we are also working with the BitMart team to address the TradingView pricing issue affecting the VAL USD chart. As always, our priority remains protecting investors.

‼️ Public statement regarding the BitMart VAL market After approximately nine months, withdrawals for VAL on BitMart were never enabled. Despite repeated discussions with BitMart, the situation remains unresolved. Given these circumstances, we believe our continued listing on BitMart is causing harm to the Validity project. In over a decade in the cryptocurrency industry, this has been our worst exchange experience. We were looking for a reliable exchange partner capable of delivering a fully functioning market. Instead, Validity paid a $30,000 listing fee and received a market where withdrawals were never enabled, while the repeatedly discussed Upbit connectivity was never realized. We subsequently requested a refund, but BitMart did not respond and has not communicated with us since. We have retained the full chat history documenting our discussions with BitMart regarding Upbit connectivity. Should it become necessary to clarify the facts surrounding this matter, we reserve the right to make relevant portions of that correspondence public. As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting investors and acting in their best interests, we have requested that BitMart proceed with the delisting of VAL. We have also requested that withdrawals be enabled prior to the delisting so that users holding VAL on BitMart have the opportunity to withdraw their coins.
