President Trump knows business better then anyone. If he says this merger is good then you can bet your bottom dollar that it is!

This is all about The Ellison Family cutting the balls off of CNN and CBS. No more Woke or DEI practices at Warner Brothers Studios and Paramount Studios. Time to making great TV, Movies and making money.

David Ellison is effectively non-political. But California’s Democrats are so toxic that open communication with the U.S. President merits ostracism. Good news is that the Leftists need Ellison more than he needs them.

…and Donald Trump also said Iran should takeout Los Angeles. Does that include Warner Bros. Studios and the Paramount Lot too?

Of course Trump said this. The @Skydance Board is just a who’s who of Epstein Island regulars.

Anybody who is on “Good terms” with Trump should clearly tell you about the kind of terrible person and inept leader Ellison will be.

But “bomb L.A. and San Diego though. Who cares” He knows they are in L.A. right? A bit contradictory there. Mr. Juxtaposition in the flesh

Just think how terrible you have to be to get praised by Trump. Even Fox News catches strays from Trump and they bend over backwards for him.

In 2018 Congress hauled Sundar Pichai in to explain why YouTube kept recommending conspiracy videos. YouTube's revenue that year was $11.1 billion. Last year it was more than $60 billion, bigger than Netflix, and Nielsen now counts it as the single largest distributor of television in America. Nobody fixed the algorithm. They scaled it. The audience it fed on came from somewhere. CBS averaged 10.9 million viewers a decade ago and 4.4 million in 2025. Only 16% of Americans under 30 have cable at all. The people watching conspiracy podcasts on their TVs are the generation the networks never had, plus the 65-and-overs the networks lost: that group's YouTube time on television has doubled since 2023. Here is the turn. The family that bought the networks the audience left is the same family that now handles the algorithm the audience went to. Oracle, where Larry Ellison owns about 40%, took the data and the retraining of TikTok's U.S. recommendation engine on January 22, 2026. His son David bought Paramount and CBS in August 2025, put Bari Weiss over CBS News that October, and today closed on Warner Bros. Discovery, which brings CNN. The SEC filing says the Ellisons and RedBird hold 100% of the voting shares. Saudi, Emirati and Qatari funds hold 38.5% of the equity and no votes. Within days of the TikTok handover, users said posts about ICE raids and Epstein were vanishing. TikTok blamed a data center outage and NPR's researchers found no proof of intentional suppression. It did not matter. The censorship story trended on YouTube and X within hours, on the two platforms that profit when TikTok looks compromised. Every suppression claim is itself content, and the content runs on the same machine. One family now owns the newsroom you stopped watching, the newsroom your parents stopped watching, and a piece of the feed you switched to. The business model Pichai was asked about in 2018 has an owner now. youtube.com/watch?v=tIXHaeMS…
