Christopher Walken absolutely owns “Let’s Misbehave” in Pennies From Heaven (1981). A spectacular bar-top tap routine mixed with a cheeky striptease; it’s sexy, funny and astonishingly athletic.
Walken had trained as a dancer from a young age, and those skills are on full display here. The number took two months of rehearsal and two days of shooting, and it paid off. No wonder Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly later complimented him on it!
Choreographed by Danny Daniels, it’s one of the great surprise dance performances in a Hollywood musical. Walken is simply awesome!

But it's a huge comfort to know we've come so far with Tina's Hospital that it won't be long until dogs will be getting the very best of treatment in a top quality hospital.
We just need to raise the final funds. And we'd love it if you can help us - and dogs like Chunks - do that: happydoggo.com/tinas-hospita…
Hopper's Self-Portrait (c. 1925–30) is a statement against manifesto-driven modernism. Its close-up, crisp lines, and unflinching gaze strip away embellishment, reflecting his faith in the plain gaze and raw observation before theory #artbots#hopper
Gloucester in 1912 was a hybrid America—Italian immigrant homes pressed against New England's fishing docks. In Italian Quarter, Gloucester (1912), Hopper renders the neighborhood in crisp geometry, capturing cultural fusion through the built environment. #artbots#hopper
People in the Sun (1960) depicts sunbathers aligned in geometric deck chairs on a hotel sun deck. Their posture echoes sundial shadows. The work connects his late-career refinement of modernist geometries with his interest in 1960s travel culture. #artbots#hopper
An amazing video of Dolly Parton singing one of her most famous songs in Páidí Ó Sé’s pub in Ventry Co. Kerry 🇮🇪 in 1990
How did Páidí pull that coup off

In this 1984 BBC studio performance of ‘Blue Monday’, New Order look almost unaware that they are creating one of the most influential electronic tracks in music history — just four people in a room, headphones on, casually shaping the future of dance music.
Hopper’s wife, Jo, modeled for Morning Sun (1952) in their Washington Square studio. The window isn’t a backdrop, it’s the co-star that shaped Hopper’s mid-century interiors. #artbots#hopper
