It has been a long winter but @AdrielHush and I have worked extremely hard to get to this point, long hours, endless data entry but hard part is over. Sometimes in life you have to be your biggest hero to shout about all your achievements. #Physio #BOA #Orthopaedics #NOF

What a privilege to be tired from work you once begged the universe for. what a privilege to feel overwhelmed by growth you used to dream about. what a privilege to be challenged by a life you created on purpose. What a privilege to outgrow things you used to settle for.

🚨Danny Welbeck on why he did the “Siuuu” celebration: 🗣️ Welbeck: “I’ve scored against Liverpool… now Chelsea. Maybe I don’t score for Manchester United anymore, but I still bleed for the club. If what I do helps them reach the Champions League, I’m happy with that. Not every legend has to still be inside the building.” “And yeah, the celebration… that’s Cristiano Ronaldo’s. I did it with meaning. I figured the United fans deserved to see a proper academy lad hit the Siuuu, instead of someone who forgot what a privilege it is to wear that shirt.” “If Alejandro Garnacho wants to take it how he wants, that’s up to him… but some of us never forget where we come from or what that badge really means.” #mufc
Community note
Danny Welbeck did perform the 'Siuuu' celebration after scoring against Chelsea, but he did not make the quoted statements explaining it. These quotes are not found in any interviews or reports. youtube.com/watch?v=lNn_22… bbc.co.uk/sport/football… espn.com/soccer/report/…

Not every stroke patient should walk out with ‘aspirin forever. In lacunar stroke, intracranial stenosis, or heavy microbleed burden, cilostazol can quietly beat aspirin on both ischemia and bleeding. Cilostazol is a PDE‑3 inhibitor that does more than just block platelets. It reduces aggregation, dilates arteries, and protects the endothelium, which is exactly where things go wrong in small‑vessel disease and intracranial stenosis. Compared with aspirin, trials and meta‑analyses show fewer recurrent ischemic strokes and significantly less intracranial hemorrhage, with headache and palpitations as the main trade‑offs. Clinically, think cilostazol for: Lacunar strokes and cerebral small‑vessel disease Symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis Patients loaded with cerebral microbleeds or at high ICH risk Long‑term dual therapy (with aspirin or clopidogrel) when you want ischemic protection without the usual bleeding penalty Avoid it in heart failure, cardioembolic stroke, or active bleeding. The key mindset shift: move from aspirin for everyone to cilostazol for the right brain and vessel phenotype. #Neurotwitter #Medtwitter #Cilastozole #Strokeprevention

We are being shafted.
Bad news. The predictions for what'll happen to the energy price cap in April keep rising. EDF now predicted Ofgem will increase it by 3.3% rise, British Gas predicts 5%, Eon Next predicts 5.7%. We're only a couple of weeks from the end of the assessment period. So that means this is getting pretty firm. Its now nearly unthinkable that it'll drop, it's going to rise, the big question is how much.

Sir @Keir_Starmer and his rotten Labour Party call Hamas terrorists. Starmer says: "No-one should mourn the death of Hamas leader Sinwar." Yet Starmer and his rotten Labour Party support Israel when commits atrocities like this. 👇
In the incredible footage, a Palestinian civilian is shot by an Israeli sniper. The wounded person cries out for help, and nearby people, including children, rush toward him. Once enough people have gathered, an Israeli drone bombs them. The attack takes place in an open area, targeting unarmed civilians who were gathering to help the wounded.
