Today, I was honoured to represent H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni at the EDRM Conference, organised by NSSF at Speke Resort Munyonyo in Kampala. In his message, the President acknowledged NSSF’s innovative plans and its work in shaping emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. He encouraged Ugandans to support the development of homegrown ideas and innovations, rather than only enjoying innovations developed elsewhere. #STIUganda #STIWorks

You plan to attend two functions. Arriving at the first function, you ask the parking minder where you can park in a place that you can pick your car without any huddle. You leave in the middle of the function to proceed to the next. Good heavens! You find your car surrounded by many other cars that didn’t find space anywhere & blocked yours. You make frantic announcements but the driver of the critical car in front of you is no where to be seen. He wanted parking & wasn’t even a guest. Eventually, you leave the function when everyone else has gone & missed your other function. Finally the owner comes, enters his car & drives off without even thanking you for keeping his car safe. Life!
