It’s a stupid title we gave ourselves and now it’s the standard
Unironically the “technical staff” shit ai companies are doing at least feels more accurate
Is software development the only “engineering” profession that advocates for not understanding the medium they build with? Would we accept a civil eng saying they didn’t need to know the properties of concrete? Or a mech eng who said they didn’t need to know how engines work?
