I made “La nuée” with Claude Code Opus 5.5 by @AnthropicAI 🐦‍⬛ 160,000 starlings, each watching only 7 neighbours. Be the falcon: the sky ripples. At dusk they pour into the reeds. Sound on 🔊 WebGPU/WGSL @WebGPU · vgpu by @vercel Roost: Noé Ferrari (xeno-canto) 3d-experiences.vercel.app/nu…

Running on the CPU in the browser 😂 The same CUDA .cu source is compiled to threaded WebAssembly and starts rendering WaterCuda on the CPU while WebGPU/WGSL compiles in the background.CPU resolution adapts to performance, NVIDIA NIS upscales it, then once WebGPU is ready it seamlessly hands the world over to the GPU at the current camera position and time. Basically: render the loading screen with the actual game.

I have something fun coming up. For a long time the most popular render on the web has been Three.js However it had felt inadequate to me so it’s time for something better

True, if you behave honourably people think you're a sucker. Low trust starts to manifest in many forms like harming reputation, ad hominem etc
it’s already too late. this is how low trust takes over. you build a system where behaving honorably increasingly means being the sucker, so even people who don’t want to cheat eventually learn to defect. once enough people adapt, you can’t simply force the old norms and values back into existence. being honorable and having integrity already puts you at a disadvantage. we’ve crossed the threshold. More dysfunction, more corruption, more workarounds, forever, until it’s a global South Africa and the only thing that makes the system work is bribes.

Wow
I let Claude Code Opus 5.5 loop over night. Not finished. This is what it has built so far. It's actually stopped during the night as my battery run out, I'm guessing this is 3/hrs so far. One-shot, no steers. The jumps and snow flicking up when slowing down have been handled well. #Anthropic #ClaudeCode #Opus #GameDev #BuildInPublic

WebGPU ray tracer: blocking test. The most attractive rendering features are the ones rasterizers struggle on, because rasterization is overused.

TWO AIs MADE GUMMY CANDY. NOW I WANT TO EAT IT 🍊🤯 Claude Opus 5.5 vs ChatGPT-6 Astra Opus looks brighter and glossier, but I prefer Astra’s jelly feel - the way the slice stretches, bends, and jiggles when you let go Both are interactive, right in your browser: Opus - Three.js + WebGL, estimated API cost: 3.28$ Astra - WebGPU, estimated API cost: 4.76$ Which one would you take a bite of? 👀

Looks awesome
Opus 5.5 is amazing for gamedev! It's fast + understands your intentions so well. Made this fun casual game where you are a pressure washer. Just avoid the plants, car... and cats! → Blender + Tripo → Rust + Wasm + WebGPU Play: wavedash.com/games/pressure-… Works for mobile!

GPT-6 Sol and Luna are big improvements on intelligence, alignment, work output, coding, computer use, and more over their 5.6-family predecessors. They are also half the price per token, and even less per task!

Please welcome GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna to the GPT-6 universe. GPT-6 Sol and Luna build on the advances behind GPT-6 Astra, bringing much of its strengths into faster and more affordable models to support work at scale. We’ve also made caching and inference more efficient, and we’re passing the savings directly to you: 50% lower API prices for Sol and Luna compared with GPT‑5.6 promotional pricing.

WebGPU ray tracing test map. No engine, it's JavaScript and C/C++ compiled to WASM. Been messing with this in the background for a few days as time permits.

More work on Unbound Engine Web from the weekend. Decided to take a stab at dynamic GI. Plan is: - Light Propagation Volumes - Inject RSM + Punctual + Emissive - Far field SDF AO First images. With artifacts still. Everything still requesting max limits from WebGPU.

Week 18 of showing what you can do with @expo & @WebGPU: cut something out of a photo, draw a glowing border around it, run an AI model under the hood to recognize the object (or an animal 😹) one of the nicest demos I’ve done in a while! I hope you like it! Code below 👇

Pushing the browser to achieve more large-scale and detailed 3D environments than what I did previously, using Three.js and WebGPU. Open alpha: fm1.moises.cloud

Still working on the new render pipeline, but it’s already open source: github.com/vibegameengine/we… Still raw. Still changing fast. Grab it, break it, build something with it. Built on @threejs. Would be great to connect with more people working around 3D graphics, rendering and game dev. #threejs #WebGPU #OpenSource #gamedev
