so many years around DOM-diffing algorithms and it looks like all we needed was just this to keep it simple, yet browsers won't do that for you!

the ASUS one is the only one still within that budget, if you consider extra 150 euros for the connecting cable

in Italy they removed buy option from the site and this is the current state of affairs:

the browser demo was underwhelming though: it got stuck forever and yes, it was about coding questions. Imho they'll win the internet the moment browsers will provide a way to centralize already downloaded models from the same CDN as opposite of providing domain bound IndexedDB.

the only "fanboy" part of me is the one that followed AMD collaboration around Linux kernel but the OP was about this episode piped.video/8KQFgWdiudo?si=9fJu… where somebody mentioned they couldn't get Horizon 6 running on Linux and there I am playing without drama or issues whatsoever 🤷

I mean … a thing for the Web that can’t be published? That license is weird … I understand the source code part but if my site wants to use this, can it use it? Do you provide the bundler too for public usage?

the "in module protected" pattern is what made it possible to have Computed extends Signal without having neither classes exposing public fields anyone could accidentally play around with this is my "new favorite" pattern for inheritance when classes need private fields + extend

I wasn't too happy about JSC vs V8 performance so I went ahead and changed approach. v0.2 is now classes based, just like Preact, but it's also now as fast, if not faster, than Preact. still ~0.5KB but slightly bigger than before. github.com/WebReflection/sig…

the new Spotify icon looks like a glitch or an app that is trying update and got stuck in the process so that the ring won’t ever move … I’m no designer but I think they’ve lost their mind. That icon *is* (was 🤦) their brand!

WebGPU on Linux, the platform whever everyone is running AI thanks to its awesome GPU support/integration, is a sad story ... but it's improving. I've recently learned Intel GPUs are *on* by default. AMD/Nvidia? You need to enable vulkan (not vulan 🙄) interop with OpenGL ...
