A 2-year-old boy was kidnapped from his home and driven nearly 200 miles away. Then one trucker spotted the getaway car, and within minutes, three massive semis were closing in around it. Jim Lowe had heard the AMBER Alert when he recognized the car on Interstate 24. He checked the license plate, realized it matched and immediately radioed other truckers ahead.
