🇺🇸 JUST IN: CFTC Chairman Selig says US markets must prepare for "mass tokenization" as blockchains and AI are "adopted at scale."
Selig told the US Treasury Market Conference that "the next decade will likely bring more change to financial markets than the previous several decades combined."
The CFTC expanded eligible collateral to include stablecoins in February and is looking to drive further adoption across exchanges and clearinghouses.

I love strong narratives, long term narratives. I hate stuff that only lasts 1-2 days. I can see this lasting 1+ year in headlines
Since the Clarity Act stalled last week, I had a feeling the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve would be the next push. Brian Armstrong and Coinbase are already publicly supporting it, and it cleared the House committee this week already. Next up is the full House vote, then Senate, then President. I believe all of this happens and the SBR is the first major crypto bill passed
This is going to be MASSIVE for all of crypto. This makes it so that all the Bitcoin in current possession by the US is locked up for 20 years minimum, but ALSO gives the US the ability to BUY Bitcoin. This would
officially make Bitcoin a strategic reserve asset, just like gold
Most people in the trenches don’t even own Bitcoin, they should, but it’s typically to expensive. Holding SBR allows you to passively earn Bitcoin, I’ve already made about $1000 in BTC by holding SBR for less than a week
SBR on ETH originally did $86 MILLION mcap, it was a giga runner, and I believe with the right market conditions that SBR on RH can do even bigger numbers. It makes sense to exist on RH/PONS due to the rewards, it’s like a strategic bitcoin reserve for holders as well
