Steve Sarkisian was asked if he liked the idea of Texas-OU remaining a neutral site game:
"I think it is awesome. It is the unique setting in college football. It is the most special setting in college football."
@ontexasfootball
Fun fact. The University of Oklahoma football program has not scored a touchdown in the Red River Shootout since DW’s Adult Video rebranded to The Mistress.
I'm 45 years late to this complaint, but every time I see photos of West Virginia's old stadium, I lament that we lost one of the truly iconic settings in college football.
Obviously schools should be sex segregated. Colleges were almost entirely sex segregated until comparatively recently. What good has come from the shift to coed institutions? In what way has education improved? In what ways are men and women any happier due to this shift? These aren’t rhetorical questions. Can anyone list the benefits? Because there’s a very long list of horrifying negatives (the Cornell case being just the latest).
It’s not surprising how hard Texas fans hang onto their 20+ year old 2005 natty considering that it’s their only natty since desegregating their roster
Cal WR Ian Strong is a good teammate
Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele appears to have a head injury, somehow is allowed to return to the huddle before Strong stops him and calls for help
Thursday night in Macon, Ga. at Henderson Stadium. Northeast to host Bleckley County, and the top prospect competing tonight is five-star OL Amarius Mims. He’s committed to #UGA. #GoDawgs
