False it’s up to interpretation always safety related. The running back for Knoxville Catholic two games ago breaks three tackles jumps a defender at the goal line ref those the flag. They waived the flag off for safety reasons.

This is it. You either want to be a premier program or you don’t. And you don’t need a bucket of money though it helps. You just have to be willing to make the program a priority.
All my travels over the years made me realize there are only two types of administration programs, those that are willing to invest the energy (Time and Resources) to be successful and those that are just content at being average. It doesn’t matter how the rule landscape changes
