An unambiguous case of consensual sex. The aftermath of the Cornell group sex episode is a peerless example of the hypocrisy of the feminist movement, which proclaims the oppressiveness of any remaining traces the chivalric code. Females deliberately drink themselves blotto in order to lower their sexual inhibitions, voluntarily participate in sex, and then, after the regrets set in, deny their agency and put exclusive responsibility for their drunken encounter on their male partner, on the grounds that they are helpless to take care of themselves. How about the possibility it was a threesome with uninvited guests, which I guess can happen?

Not what happened though. Her statement is convicting. Giving repeated permission, taking breaks, asking for more, doing drugs.

I’m sure if there is a criminal case the defense will provide evidence of that

Since you missed it, that’s the point I was making. There is wide disagreement on where the line should be drawn. Rape has been recently redefined ethically as everything from “the male gaze” to unwanted groping to sex that was consensual but later regretted to anything worse.

If she agreed to a 3some, then had more sexual encounters, how is she supposed to show lack of consent, especially where she said in later texts that nothing illegal was done?

A threesome in a frat house during a party is not the optimal time or place.
