Great advice if it were 2012.
Nobody types URLs manually anymore, and Google doesn’t care whether you’re on .com, .app, or .io as long as you’re not using a country-code TLD.
Never, ever build a business around a .co, .io, .net etc.
And never have a dash in the middle or a misspelled word. Or over 12 characters.
The best way for nobody to take you seriously, stunt your own growth, and have an expensive rebranding problem later.
