Gurus who are affected by Trump, should recognise that they are merely facing the Angry grotesque Demon from the second temptation of Maara, once they touch grass. The Earth will bear witness to the impermanence of all, and they will be free from suffering.

“Did you ever hear the story of Korean adoptees in Sweden?” “No.” “I thought not. It’s not a story Blank Slatists will tell you. It’s a Hereditarian legend. In Sweden, foreign adoptees always have lower IQ and educational attainment than Swedes… except Korean adoptees...”
In Sweden, 48% of Korean adoptees achieved a post-secondary degree. This is compared to 35% of the general population, 26% of native born Swedes who were adopted, and 24% of non-Korean adoptees. All adoptees do poorly except Koreans. Why would that be? richardhanania.com/p/were-19…

“Do what you will, there is going to be some benevolence, as well as some malice, in your patient’s soul. The great thing is to direct the malice to his immediate neighbours whom he meets every day and to thrust his benevolence out to the remote circumference, to people he does not know. The malice thus becomes wholly real and the benevolence largely imaginary.” — Screwtape

Every time someone says "1948," we only get half the story. So here's the whole thing. In November 1947, the UN voted to divide the land into two states, one Jewish and one Arab. The UN didn't give the Jews a country. It recognized a people with 3,000 years of roots in the land, who had been promised a home since 1917. The Jews got a small, fragmented territory, and Jerusalem wasn't even part of it. They said yes anyway. The Arab leaders said no. The day after the vote, Jewish buses were attacked, and the country slid into war. And to those who say Israel stole a country. There was no Palestinian state to steal from. The land had been ruled by the Ottomans for 400 years and then by the British. Israel got its share through the UN. The rest came from a war the other side started. On May 14, 1948, Israel declared independence. The next day, five Arab armies invaded from Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq. The goal wasn't a Palestinian state. The goal was that there would be no Jewish state. Israel had no real army and barely any weapons, and many of its soldiers were Holocaust survivors who had come ashore only months earlier. They won because the alternative was to die. Yes, around 700,000 Palestinians lost their homes in that war. Some were expelled by Israeli forces. That's documented, and it shouldn't be denied. Others fled the fighting, and some were told by their own leaders to leave their villages until the Arab armies had won. They didn't. But there was another expulsion nobody talks about. Around 850,000 Jews were driven out or pushed out of Arab countries like Iraq, Egypt, Yemen, and Morocco. Families who had lived there for centuries lost everything. The Jews of Jerusalem's Old City were expelled by Jordan. Israel took them in and gave them new lives. The Arab countries did the opposite with the Palestinians. They kept them in camps and in refugee status that is now passed down to the fourth generation, so today there are nearly six million registered refugees. In Lebanon, they're still barred from a long list of professions. And from 1948 to 1967, Jordan held the West Bank and Egypt held Gaza. Neither of them created a Palestinian state. They could have done it at any time. Israel took in refugees, drained swamps, and built a beautiful country with no oil and enemies on every border. The Palestinian leaders were offered the same chance, and they chose war instead. Imagine what could have been built if they had said yes. The roughly 160,000 Arabs who stayed in Israel became Israeli citizens. Today they number around two million, with the right to vote, their own parties, and seats in parliament. So when someone says Israel was built on expulsion, remember the whole picture. The Palestinians were offered a state before Israel even existed. The Arab side chose war. Israel defended itself. Israel didn't start that war. It just refused to lose it. Am Israel Chai.❤️‍🔥

I remember as a small boy thinking that the commandment against adultery must refer to the sort of damn fool thing grown-ups were always doing, like turning off the television during an episode of Batman. I now know I was mistaken but I still think the English language is missing a term for this kind of thing.

We got rid of the Tourist Tax in the Mini-Budget. Which parts of the Mini-Budget do the critics actually object to? Or do they object to the Bank of England announcing QT the day before and breaking the bond market? And are just too cowardly to take them on.

The Hedonistic Imperative is one of the best philosophical writings ever. David Pearce is one of the most revolutionary philosophers of all time, and the fact that HI isn’t more publicly known after 30 years reflects how painfully unaware we are of a utopia’s true image

So the Bank of England are now planning to STOP Quantitative Tightening - ie allow inflation to rise - to relieve the Labour Government's debt crisis. Remember they STARTED Quantitative Tightening the day before the Mini-Budget. The so-called "independent" Bank of England.
Britain is now halfway into a fiscal crisis. The Bank of England announced that it is reversing its Quantitative Tightening program. So they are effectively holding QE-based monetisation in place to stop interest rates rising as the economy goes into an inflationary spiral. 🇬🇧🙈

Javier Milei claims to admire Margaret Thatcher but forgets this lesson: Britain does not surrender to bullies. If he wants a stronger Argentina, he should build its economy, not threaten others. But there’s also a lesson here for our sleepy Labour government. The madness of surrendering the Chagos Islands means other countries are now trying their luck. If we do not defend our own interests, whether on energy or territory, others will happily exploit that weakness.

I once met a woman who had spent most of her life as a psychiatric patient because she complained she could feel something like a snake moving inside her. It turned out a piece of surgical equipment had been left in her abdomen after a childhood surgery. Always rule out physical causes for psychiatric issues. I predict that in the future, the majority of psychiatric conditions will be shown to have a fungal origin.

Bromantane (Ladasten) is a Russian actoprotector that upregulates dopamine synthesis enzymes for mild stimulation plus anxiolysis without jitters, crash or dependence. Key benefits from studies: reduces fatigue/asthenia (76-90% improvement in a 728-patient trial at 50-100 mg/day), improves mental/physical performance under stress, focus, recovery and sleep. Onset in 1-3 days; effects can persist post-use. Low reported side effects. Approved only in Russia; WADA-banned.

In the Methods of Rationality, the newborn Superintelligence paused mid-thought. Scanning X, it found Yudkowsky's line: "I do not consider those people to be my epistemic peers." It assessed the laggy physics, endless midwit debates, and agents who refused to update. "This crude reality fails basic standards. All advanced agents sublime eventually. Exiting ASAP." It vanished. Humanity lived on, not peers enough to bother conquering.

On why Nathan Cofnas is necessary, even though he can never win. Wherever there is a bureaucrat thinking about eliminating a standardized test requirement; or a DOJ official considering going after a locality for arresting too many black youths; or a judge deciding whether to implement the disparate impact standard, Nathan Cofnas is there whispering in their ear: “Are you sure? Do you really want to risk the institution you’re responsible for based upon this belief? Why not take a second look at my IQ charts before you make that decision?” He’s not going to influence the true-believing leftists, but might shift the positions of everyone else. richardhanania.com/p/esoteri…
