I’ve been saying for about a year on air and I’ll say it again here… Conversations about whether illegal migrants should be in hotels, HMOs or camps in quaint English villages are all a deliberate red herring and distraction. It’s designed to get you bogged down in the weeds. The real conversation and goal of the government should be about stopping them arriving in the first place - NOT how we agree they should be managed when here. I don’t think it’s a conversation they want. So they drag you into pointless debates instead. It makes no difference societally whether these men are staying at the Ritz or in a Bolton HMO. The expense doesn’t matter. It’s all fake anyway. What matters is that they’re here. Free to roam. A risk to everybody. And they should never have arrived.

This is former makerfield mp Josh Simmons he stood aside for andy Burnham. Giving up a £92,000 job what a man you say. Ahh but it turns out he's going to be head of policy on £180,000 a year. Labour are rotten to the core.

Please, please read this. And that includes you @andyburnham.
It’s probably worth saying at this point something I’ve said before, lest it gets lost in the sands of time and political rhetoric about immigration and illegal entry, and how we got to this point. I was an immigration officer in the 1970s and 1980s. The power to grant or refuse leave to enter was vested to me in law under the authority of a Chief Immigration Officer. Anyone arriving without a valid passport (and a visa if required) was refused entry at the border, detained, and removed on the next available ship or aircraft whence they came. This was under the Immigration Act 1971 (still In force although amended massively by successive governments ever since). It was some 20 - 30 years after the 1951 ECHR and the 1951 Refugee Convention was signed. Nobody claimed asylum. Nobody claimed human rights. No country refused to take people back. Those who had destroyed their passports were removed on a letter, signed by me. Fast forward 50 years and now anyone who arrives at the border without a passport or a visa automatically claims asylum or human rights. Immigration Officers of today (or Border Force Officers) are thereby disempowered to send them back before their asylum claims or human rights claims are considered. And their appeals are dismissed. They cannot be detained in the meantime because under the Hardial Singh principles immigration detention is only lawful if there is a realistic prospect of removal within a reasonable period of time. Which there isn’t of course. So the only option available to the officer is to grant temporary permission whilst these applications are considered. And if the applicant claims to be destitute they must be given support and accommodation at public expense. Because failure to do so would put the government in breach of A3 of the ECHR (inhuman and degrading treatment). And even if the applicant is eventually refused protection - and loses their appeal - we need to get a passport to remove them on. And they often refuse to comply with the documentation process. Even if they do many countries still refuse to issue them with a passport and refuse to take them back. And even after all this they can abscond and if ever caught start the whole process again. This is where we are and so far no government has been able to break the Gordian knot that ties the hands of our officers. In order to do that they would have to reverse decades of laws and judgements - and demur from long held well intentioned international conventions. And probably look at the British Constitution itself to curtail the opportunity of political opponents to use the courts to thwart the will of Parliament. This is not to criticise or favour any political party or policy. It is simply a matter of record to inform the next generation of politicians and the civil servants charged with the duty of implementing any new laws or policies they may introduce. And to ask why - if we did it back in my day - why can’t we do it now? I even wrote a book about it. I hope someone keeps a copy for posterity - or even history - when thinking about how to fix this seemingly intractable problem. amzn.eu/d/06wM4s2h

Can we just take a minute to reflect upon this?.....PM on Monday. A WHOLE NEW base for the British government by FRIDAY?! How can you explain this when the civil service behemoth usually turns at the speed of a tanker??! Even if this was started the day after Makerfield, that was only 5 weeks ago... none of this adds up. Thoughts below please.
How long have they been working on this given he only “became PM” on Monday? Yet another shit show. The people deserve better.

Following the precedent of the Lucy Connolly case, deleting a post you later regret is not a defence.
Apologies for offence caused by my earlier tweet, which I’ve now deleted. My thoughts are - as they have always been - with Ann Widdecombe’s loved ones at this awful time.

Having entered politics a couple of years ago from the world of business, there was a veteran politician with whom I met regularly. Someone I had immense respect for and would invariably offer counsel and wisdom which I found incredibly helpful. I found it remarkable that someone so diminutive in stature could be such a towering presence in any room. We would discuss challenges and opportunities.
Ann Widdecombe always had time to discuss things in detail, was genuinely motivated to help, and her presence radiated empathy and warmth. I could also be assured that where she disagreed with a view that I had, she would be direct and forthright in explaining why. I recall being struck by just how relevant the wisdom of a lady in her late seventies still was in this hyper-modern era. I will always be grateful to Ann and remember those lunches and long tea meetings at Reform HQ with immense fondness. She gave so much to this country. Her multi-decade Parliamentary career, during which she held key ministerial positions means she permanently altered the course of history in this country. Her legacy is to be one of the most formidable and courageous voices in the upholding of law and order, and to be widely considered a national treasure. The last lunch we had ended with her enthusiastically saying she would write up some of her advice on sentencing reform, based on her vast experience. I am so sad I shall never get to read it, nor enjoy such a lunch again. Rest in Peace Ann.

Yesterday afternoon at the Local Government Association conference, this @guardian “journalist”@peterwalker99 was asked very politely to leave a private Reform meeting. He was escorted out. We were presenting to our fellow Reform councillors our DOLGE strategy and sharing our experience and expertise so they can start to quickly save residents’ money like we are at KCC. But apparently instead of leaving, he doubled back and hid himself in the curtain at the back of the room and recorded our meeting. I understand his conference pass has now been withdrawn. Good. The msm is becoming increasingly desperate and sinking to new depths every day.

NEW🚨: Rachel Reeves Labour MP and Chancellor of the Exchequer failed to declare transfers and cash donations of £30,000 from Alison Wedgwood (Oct 2025), £15,000+ from others like David Sainsbury, and larger sums from figures such as Sir Victor Blank (£175,000 reported in some coverage). Also “in kind support” from lord Ali £7,500 from donors like Lord Alli), event costs, and more. One source notes ~25 donations declared by Sept 2024, with ~£163k cash and ~£183k in-kind. All this was final declared mid this year. She was never investigated by UK’s Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards.

I never thought I'd see a British government trying to influence what millions of people are shown on YouTube. The idea that politicians should have a say over what content is prioritised in our feeds is deeply concerning. If governments can shape what people see online today, what happens during the next General Election? That's a question every voter should be asking, regardless of which party they support. Free expression and open access to information matter in a democracy. We should oppose any move that gives governments greater influence over what people can easily discover online.
🚨BREAKING: UK GOVERNMENT TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUTUBE ALGORITHM This is pure authoritarianism Keir Starmer's/Andy Burnham's Government is set to control the YouTube algorithm by LAW stipulating that they must push "APPROVED CONTENT" to UK Citizens And independent voices who criticise the government will be pushed to the back of the queue making it harder for people to find YouTube has acknowledged this is happening This must be stopped

🚨 I TOLD YOU! BUT EVEN I COULD NOT IMAGINE IT WOULD HAPPEN THIS FAST. I warned you that Andy Burnham was the ultimate EU puppet. Now Brussels is pulling his strings before he even gets the keys to Number 10. EU officials have just leaked that they are frantically pushing to sign a massive surrender deal in the exact days and weeks after Burnham takes office. 🤡 Labour minister Nick Thomas-Symonds is literally in Brussels right now, quietly agreeing to youth mobility schemes, carbon taxes, and agricultural alignment. They are bringing back free movement and EU rules entirely through the back door. 💷 And here is the absolute best part that the establishment is trying to hide. EU diplomats openly admitted to the press that they are rushing this deal because they are absolutely terrified of Nigel Farage and the patriotic right rising in the polls! They know the British public is waking up. They are desperate to lock our country into a permanent Brussels straitjacket before you can demand a General Election. Burnham is completely ready to sell out the democratic vote of 17.4 million people just to please his globalist mates. RT to expose this sickening Labour betrayal and demand we stay completely OUT! 🔁🇬🇧🔥

🔻 THE FIRST DOMINO JUST FELL. Keir Starmer — Prime Minister of the United Kingdom — **RESIGNED YESTERDAY.** They're telling you it was "party pressure." They're telling you it was "polls." LIES. Here's what ACTUALLY happened: When Starmer was **Director of Public Prosecutions** (2008-2013), his office sent **WARNING LETTERS** to 13,000 suspected grooming gang members. Not arrests. Not charges. LETTERS. "Please don't do it again." **250,000 BRITISH GIRLS.** Raped. Trafficked. Tortured. Across 149 districts. For DECADES. And the man in charge of prosecuting these monsters sent them PAPER. Two weeks ago, **Operation Beaconport** reopened **1,273 cases.** The National Crime Agency called it their "most comprehensive investigation into child sexual exploitation" EVER. What they found in those files FORCED his resignation. I've been told the classified MI5 briefing delivered to Labour leadership on June 18 contained **3 categories of evidence:** **CATEGORY A:** Direct correspondence between Starmer's office and 7 sitting MPs — instructing prosecutors to DOWNGRADE charges from trafficking to "minor offenses." Names. Dates. Signatures. **CATEGORY B:** Financial transfers from 3 foreign governments to a network of UK "charities" that were FRONTS for the trafficking operation. £47 million between 2009-2016. Exposed through GCHQ intercepts shared with NSA on March 14, 2026. **CATEGORY C:** The connection. Starmer's office communicated DIRECTLY with individuals in Epstein's network. Two names appear in BOTH the UK grooming files AND the Epstein flight logs. Those names have NOT been made public yet. Starmer wasn't given a choice. He was given **48 HOURS.** Resign — or face criminal prosecution under the new Modern Slavery Act amendments passed in April 2026. He chose to run. But running won't save him. Elon Musk posted it publicly: **"Politicians who turned a blind eye must go to PRISON."** He wasn't speaking hypothetically. He was speaking from INTELLIGENCE he's been shown. This is not just about the UK. This is about a GLOBAL NETWORK being dismantled piece by piece. Starmer is the first HEAD OF STATE to fall. He will NOT be the last. The next 30 days will produce more resignations than the last 30 years. Watch France. Watch Canada. Watch Australia. BEACONPORT-1273 CATEGORY-C-EPSTEIN CLEANSWEEP-GLOBAL The storm is here. ⟁

This is Marie-France van Heel, she is a director of Be.EV & Iduna Infrastructure, she is also Chief Marketing and Customer Officer for Octopus Energy. In her capacity on both these rolls she secured a contract to supply EV infrastructure and supply energy to Greater Manchester Combined Authority, the famous “Bus” project the now ex mayor of Manchester keeps banging on about. One thing that he possibly fails to shout about is the this woman that got this contract is in fact Andy Burnham’s wife

Seems that you, #KeirStarmer, a lawyer, have apparently already convicted this guy. You've published his photo and already claim to know his MOTIVE ! After the Southport savagery you told us no info could be released about the suspect as it could cause his trial to collapse. And here you are confirming that you dictate to the judiciary promising " the full force of the law" Please just GO NOW #TwoYearKeir
Absolutely appalling. No one should face violence on our streets. The suspect appears to be motivated by anti-Muslim hatred. I will not tolerate this - he will face the full force of the law. My thoughts are with those who are injured and I thank the police and the emergency services for their response. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cx2x…
