Mirfield, England
Cheap leads, more valuations, more instructions, bigger pipelines - estate agency loves counting activity. The number that matters is the one at the end: how much of it actually turns into banked income? propertyindustryeye.com/why-…

Why not? This woke traitor sabotaged the Brexit negotiations. This woke traitor enshrined the Climate Scam into law. This woke traitor botched her Modern Slavery Act allowing it to be used as a loophole for illegal migrants and foreign criminals. This woke traitor refused to allow the use of water cannon against rioters. This woke traitor signed us up to paying ongoing vast sums to the following (DESPITE BREXIT) - the European Defence Agency, the European Defence Fund, the European Defence Industrial Development Programme and PESCO. In fact she should be formally investigated with a view to prosecution. That would stop her laughter dead in its tracks...

Right here in Yorkshire, great. The trains carrying the pellets come through Mirfield where we are based - so many containers, they go on forever.
The net zero grift means DRAX wants to power a massive data centre by burning even more wood pellets 🤣 It’s already Britain’s biggest carbon emitting power station burning 7.5 MILLION tonnes of wood) (much of it imported on diesel powered ships) and emits about 14.1 MILLION tonnes of CO₂e AND we gave them nearly £1 BILLION in subsidies to do it! Now they want to burn another 4.9 MILLION tonnes of wood (nearly twice as much as Gatwick airports flights a year) You genuinely couldn’t design a more absurd “Net Zero” business model.

The UK five-year yield has risen to 5% so my leading indicator suggests higher mortgage rates are on their way. Thus more downwards pressure on house prices....
Both the Bank of England and the UK government are in rather a panic about house prices notayesmanseconomics.wordpre… via @notayesmansecon

We're now paying almost £1,000/MWh - £994/MWh to Connahs Quay - to keep the lights on in response to this morning's EMN. This is not an efficient way to run the grid.
Not another one. These EMN's are becoming far too frequent. We can't rely on the weather to maintain grid stability and keep the lights on. What has happened to those independent reports into NESO?

1,600 illegal migrants have arrived since Friday on boats, including those currently en route! With 600ish arriving yesterday alone. The government’s answer is to turn the police on their own citizens, lockdown the town’s people who complain and call them all far right thugs and racists.

We're having to rely on the kindness of foreign strangers to keep the lights on through the interconnectors. Our ~55GW of wind and solar installed capacity is generating just 1.5GW. What happened to all that cheap, clean homegrown power @Miatsf ?

What will future historians make of the Net Zero phase of our existence? Can't see it being positive.
And so it begins.I can hardly be near it all..I can’t imagine how Rob feels. Is this next phase the worst yet? 😓 it’s just so wrong.. why is @UKLabour allowing solar farms on best farmland, and why are they allowing them at the expense of @tenantfarmers @andyburnham #malton

What a strange country we now live in. If I go away on holiday & want to return to the UK I have to have my fingerprints taken, show photo id, show my passport with my full name, address & DOB, have my luggage checked, but if I were an unknown person entering with no ID I can get free transport, free accommodation & given free money. Now try telling me we don’t live in a strange country.

How can putting in a couple of lifts cost this much?
