The problem with BNCB last night wasn’t a lack of memes — it was the lack of a memecoin strong enough to lead and concentrate the entire flow of liquidity. 1. The old narratives are already too familiar. There was nothing fresh or unexpected enough to trigger FOMO the way 4Stock did. 2. Liquidity was still weak at launch, while thousands of memes were launching at the same time, causing volume to become heavily fragmented. There was no real concentration of liquidity and attention like we saw with 4Stock. 3. Too many teams are constantly pumping and dumping short-term plays. After getting burned repeatedly, investors are losing confidence and becoming increasingly hesitant to deploy capital. 4. Most importantly, Western attention and liquidity still haven’t truly entered the game. But this is only the beginning. There’s no need to worry too much. BNB Chain has always been good at creating new narratives, concentrating attention, and directing liquidity when the timing is right.
