@smartvalorinc or a close partner secretly dumped millions of $VALOR token on exchanges, voluntarily crashing the token price to $ 0.001. (-99%) Transaction trails show that the tokens flooding markets originally belonged to the Smart Valor Development Fund. 🧵

Smart Valor owns 4 main $VALOR token wallets, one of them being the Development Fund, which initially held 26m tokens. (or 1/3 of the total supply) Development Fund: etherscan.io/token/0x297e4e5…

In 2023, the Development Fund was split and transferred into 2 new wallets: (A) received 11m token (B) received 15m tokens At the time, no communication was made regarding a potential ownership transfer of the tokens or wallets. While one of the wallets must belong to Smart Valor, one may belong to a partner / provider paid in $VALOR Tokens.

$VALOR Token holdings then evolved as follow: (A) from 11m to 200k (-98%) in the last 2 years. (B) from 15m to 7m (-55%) in the past 35 days. [Apparently, deploying these funds did no longer require any votes from token holders. 🙃]

From (B), funds were split and forwarded through several layers of transactions, building a tree structure – likely to conceal the transfer of 8m tokens to exchanges. Each flow ends with a Bitmart or Mexc wallet. Clicking repetitively on the "To" address of any transaction will take you to BitMart or Mexc, systematically. etherscan.io/token/0x297e4e5…

Unsurprisingly, the $VALOR token price crash happened exactly 35 days ago – when the transfer of several millions of tokens from (B) to exchanges was started. Surprisingly, the pursued objective apparently wasn't to extract cash but rather to suppress the price.

On the Smart Valor website, information regarding the company wallets was recently updated: the indicated circulating supply is now 90.7% (*), and the Development Fund... disappeared. This presentation would suggest that neither (A) nor (B) belongs to Smart Valor. However, this seems to contradict the financial report published for End-of-Year 2023, according to which the company was holding about 20m Valor Tokens. (*) versus 50.29% on CoinMarketCap
