Franchising Update Those of you that attend our community spaces or are active in our discord/tg servers then you will be in the loop of whats happening behind the scenes but for those that are not active, here is a little breakdown of how things are going so far.. The current franchising process is as follows: - Franchisee submits application - Franchisee is vetted then meets with founders - Franchisee signs Letter of Intent(LOI) - Franchisee pays 10% deposit - After 14 days, franchisee signs franchise agreement - Franchisee pays full franchise fee - Franchisee secures required funding(if needed) - Franchisee finds and secures location - Franchisee starts build-out - Franchisee opens restaurant We have 60+ potential franchisee's that have applied and so far, 7 have gone through to the vetting stages with 1 franchisee already reaching the deposit stage. It takes approximately 30 days to get from application to the deposit(depending on the vetting plus proof of funds results) in some cases, this process can be a little bit faster If you take into consideration that a normal franchising model typically receives 300+ applicants before even reaching the deposit stage then its pretty clear to see that the Wolfy's story is valued across the board and many people want to be a part of it.

Last September, I had the pleasure of attending the very first @KaspaExperience event in Berlin and what an incredible day that was!! I got to meet hundreds of people from the $KAS community for the first time, strengthened existing relationships and made new friendships! This event went on to create such a powerful impact and movement within the Kaspa community that I would very much like to see it happen all over again but here in London.. And so around 4 months ago, I started making enquiries about possible venues in well known areas of London aswel as reaching out to people and projects in the ecosystem with hopes to pool resources together and make this event happen After utilizing connections made between @BlockchainBants & @WolfysBar, we have found a great venue that can fit 250+ people for a relatively decent price and have pencilled in a date!! Not only this but we also set out to create & push the next @kaspathon with help from @Elliott_Blast, @Seb28_7, @iclblockchain & @Cambridge_Uni, we are organizing a week long hackathon across each University campus aswel as at the Kaspa Experience event in London There is already a huge community effort from people like @rhubarbmedia, @argonmining, @KaspaQueeen & @imaldev all lending their time, efforts and resources to the cause We have also been speaking with a few Kaspa core developers and they have expressed keen interest in attending everything So if you want to make history by being a part of the next @KaspaExperience event & also the next @kaspathon then get in touch with me and lets make this happen 🤝

Great questions 1. Yes, holdings are checked from every few seconds up to 10 minutes so if you transfer an NFT out of the wallets you have verified with then you will lose your holders roles in discord 2. Yes, you can verify holdings across multiple chains and attach to a single role in discord(see the first image attached, exampled pulled from @WolfysBar discord) 3. Novabot does not require any transactions from your wallets at all, all it asks is to read the wallet holdings on any explorer and verify accordingly(see the second image attached, example using kasware/kastle wallets) No transactions will ever be asked of you unless you are the founder of a project that will be using the campaign feature(coming soon) - how to use this feature will be explained in a future video

Novabot Public Presentation #1 After spending years building communities and working with multiple discord tools, I have had enough of having to program 15+ bots 1-at-a-time and so I teamed up with @wolf_WolfysBar & @imaldev in order to build a type of "superbot" that can help founders maintain their communities with ease. Now for the first time ever, we have built $KAS NFT verification(along side $ETH & $SOL) and are able to automatically token gate communities. This product is coming along quite nicely. As a founder of multiple projects, I have had enough of having to use multiple bots to manage my communities. I want to have all functionalities and some new features in 1 dashboard rather then lots of different ones. I had a little play with it and have tested NFT verification across, $KAS, $ETH & $SOL. I have also tested out some basic features like embed messages, reminders, reaction roles and audit logs. The community currency function is the latest feature we have added and will aim to add support for BRC20s, ERC20s and KRC20s via wallet connections so that community founders can automate their distributions for their gamification initiatives they are running with their community members. The bot is currently running in private BETA across a handful of communities who are helping me test things and make sure its all smooth. Will release a public BETA soon as we have ironed out some issues & bugs.
