Today, I executed zero trades because none of my confluences or setups were fully met. In trading, I’m like a sniper. I wait patiently for the perfect opportunity before pulling the trigger. A few high quality trades with reasonable wins and a high win rate are better than taking too many trades with low win rates that ultimately result in losses. I call that discipline, and it’s something I’m building my trading around.

Getting paid 12 times in 365 days is not my fate. I got big dreams.

Once it lists, the market will determine the price, which can rise or fall from that level.

Unpopular opinion about the prop firm industry: There is NO morality in this business. And people need to stop pretending there is. Affiliates promote firms because they make money. Traders buy accounts because they want to make money. Employees promote their firm because they get paid. Firms sell challenges because they want to make money. Everyone is here for money. So when a firm denies a payout, stop blaming the affiliate. The affiliate didn’t deny it. The employee didn’t deny it. The firm made the decision. And when a firm pays you, don’t assume they did it because they “care about traders.” It’s business. A prop firm has one job: Make more money than it pays out. That’s literally how businesses survive. You can hate the model. You can call it unfair. You can call it predatory. But don’t act surprised that everyone involved is trying to maximize their own income. The affiliate is maximizing commissions. The trader is maximizing payouts. The employee is maximizing their salary/career. The firm is maximizing profit. Nobody is the hero here. And honestly? Stop expecting morality from a business designed around incentives. If you have an audience → monetize it. If you have reach → monetize it. If you have capital → deploy it. If you have an opportunity → take it. Because while you’re sitting there debating what’s “ethical” Someone else is already monetizing it. This is a dirty, brutally competitive business. You don’t survive by expecting everyone to play nice. You survive by understanding the game better than the next guy. @CAGagan93 🫂
