I would absolutely love it if someone from the media, whether it be independent media or not, confront @SenJonHusted on the remark that people living in poverty cannot function in the real world. Will someone please confront him on it? Ask him if he's willing to apologize for the comment. Ask him if he really believes this is true? Or does he regret making that sweeping remark about everyone who's poor?

My mom is from West Virginia. She grew up there and left after she got married. She is 85. This would be the first election she would be sitting out in her entire adulthood. She has always voted Republican, until this year. She still cannot vote for a Democrat, but she and my father who is 83 will be sitting out this year. They are both disgusted with the Trump regime. They both live in Ohio.
