#CUBuffs football right now. Rather than add to the noise, here is what can actually be confirmed based on primary sources and publicly available information. Where something has not been independently verified, I’ve noted that too.
• Julian “Juju” Lewis: Lewis made multiple public promotional appearances in Boulder in recent days. Source: T. Carlton Lewis, Instagram Story, Tuesday, Oct. 6
• Press conference: There was no press conference scheduled for the week of Oct. 5 because of Colorado’s Week 6 bye, according to an email sent Monday, Sept. 28 by the Colorado Athletics Communications department.

• Special Teams Coordinator job posting: A screenshot circulating of an alleged CU Special Teams Coordinator job posting could not be independently verified. No corresponding opening was found on CU Careers, Indeed or LinkedIn.

• Alleged CU playbook: RedRaiderSports message board member VivaTerlingua reported late Friday, Oct. 2 that a document believed to be a Colorado playbook had been found at the Omni Interlocken Hotel in Broomfield. Photos of the alleged document were subsequently posted to the board. Its authenticity has not been independently verified.

• Roster changes: Three players who previously appeared on Colorado’s 2026 online roster were no longer listed on Cubuffs website prior to the Oct. 3 game: Jah Jah Boyd, Justin Eaglin and Paul Omodia.
