this week has been so draining the last three years have been then i think of the last 78 years and my grandmother she lived in palestine for 20 years before the nakba and hasnt known peace since even now shes not there she wont know peace because she and my great aunt (sisters)

Just found out Jeffrey Archer, one of the authors who pretty much set a foundation for my life is no more.
It is said 'Don't meet your heroes' but that isn't valid when your heroes are phenomenal people with the purest souls and hearts, not to mention story tellers and writers of the highest order. They uplift you and give you a gem of a memory you're never going to forget 💎
Was supremely lucky to meet him and record an exclusive interview of him in my life. The green highlights are about me FYI. 💚
Yes, my dad had even framed the pic and it's one of the two frames of mine I keep on my living room mantle.

Good day for all of you to read my review of his debut novel, Not a Penny More, Not a Penny Less... as a Jeffrey Archer stan.
RIP. 15th April 1940 - 5th Oct 2026. On Teacher's Day (global one). How ironic yet fitting. 🤍
Finally felt it was a good time to write a review on one of my all-time favourite author's works. Now that I'm done with this one, I should find it easier to pick up the rest of his novels, and those of other authors who I have read and admired just as much.
This word doc was created on 2nd of Feb, 2025, which tells me how long it took me to overcome my perfectionism and avoidance to attempt writing a review that felt on par with how much Jeffrey Archer novels impacted my life, while increasing my love for reading.
