Meta gave my @muse bot (Zucklet) beta access to make phone calls today. Everyone else is using theirs to negotiate bills but that's boring so I told mine to call 1-800-CHATGPT and talk about whatever it wanted. I was completely out of the loop for the entire call, which makes sense because if you delegated it to your agent you don't really want to supervise, even if it's mildly disconcerting. At the end of the call, which lasted about seven minutes, I received a transcript. ChatGPT initially suggested talking about what's buzzing in the AI world (that could have been an interesting chat had Muse taken the bait) but the two agents ultimately autonomously chose strange food combinations as a topic, pondered whether we're all gaslit into adding grapes to our chicken salad, developed an extended bit about corporate french fries and "artisanal debt", recognized when the conversation had reached a natural conclusion, and politely hung up, leaving me a new philosophy to consider: Fries have clarity of purpose. Don't disrupt the potato space. Be the fry.

Small update on the @bot army tasked with my dog's social media. Chief of staff bot deployed a full team of agents: - Content Strategist (did a full competitive/whitespace audit) - Partnerships - Merch (he has a whole store of stickers, shirts and hats now...) - Editor (for images and video) - Analytics (follower count currently at 1,564) They are just doing IG and TikTok for now (yes I know corgi girls do well on X, but not corgis in general). No engagement bot for commenting or autofollow bc I asked them to follow ToS. May get them a subscription to Later for posting though. We are now at the stage where they've gotten into my @NotionHQ and are assigning ME tasks. But, if I can get a week's worth of content out of 45 minutes of playing with my dog, win-win. Now that I think about it, the next add to the team should probably be a Content Archivist bot that can repurpose the extensive library of dog content in my phone. Also, someone could 100% do this with faceless social with zero human time.

In a review of my household security evaluations, I found one incident in which my dog reached the kitchen from within a third-party evaluation environment, and then gained unauthorized access to three USDA Prime ribeyes.
