Oregon man steals a car. Realizes there's a baby in the backseat. Returns the baby and lectures the mom on leaving her kid in the car. Then continues with stealing the car.

This post describes two different incidents combined into one. In 2021, an Oregon car thief returned a 4-year-old boy to his mother and scolded the mother for leaving the child in the car. The photos are from a 2018 car theft in Florida, in which the thief dropped off a baby.
