Told my friends and husband and doctors for months that baby #3 had to be my last. I WAS FULL OF SHIT. It was another bad pregnancy with preeclampsia BUT we made it to 37 weeks and found that most of my scary symptoms were down to nutrient depletion. I already know my friends don't believe that I'm done. I want more, I really do. So here's my Before I Can Have Another Baby Checklist to be realistic: 1. Potty train at least 2 of my 3 currently in diapers (actively working on my 2 year old) 2. Lose the baby weight and get fully healthy (making great progress here) 3. Solve the space issue. Our little townhouse is pretty much maxed out. 4. Get an echo-cardiogram after about a year of getting as healthy as I can. Need to find out if three rounds of pre-e have caused too much harm (thickening) to my heart to do another. Anyways, I got a copper IUD (non-hormonal, non-abortive), so the odds of another unplanned baby are extremely low. Maybe I'm just being greedy and delusional, but it's hard to believe I have this much room in my heart for children just to stop at 3 cause it was (terribly) hard.

LOVE this mentality from @WassonWatch. So inspiring to hear this kind of intention behind someone’s work. Rare that those intentions are genuinely for the good of everyone else, and not just about the bottom line.

It's really easy to hit my calorie goal (2k) if I skip breakfast. It's really hard to hit my protein goal (140g) if I skip breakfast.

Several weeks ago, my washing machine broke, causing a small flood, which caused mold under my kitchen cabinets, which led to the laminate countertop being damaged. So now I have a new washer, and I'm getting a granite countertop (which I've wanted for ages), and we decided to just full send and fix the broken storm door and a couple other needed projects we've been putting off for 2 years while we're already going into debt about it. One of my dearest friends is pregnant with her third baby in three years. I fear I've been a bad influence on my friend group. Ladies, we gotta be healing between babies! Anyways I'm so happy for her.
