Judges in Handcuffs: Arresting Rogue Activists on the Bench is Needed Because They Are Criminals The era of the black-robed tyrant must end with the full force of the law. We have watched while a handful of unelected, unaccountable district judges have usurped the will of the American people, issuing nationwide injunctions that strip the Executive Branch of its constitutional duty to secure our borders and enforce our laws. These are not judges; they are activists in robes, committing criminal acts under the color of law that should land them in federal prison. When a single judge in Hawaii or Washington State issues an order that nullifies the immigration laws passed by Congress and signed by the President, they are not interpreting the law; they are violating the rights of every American citizen who is denied the protection of a secure border. This is a direct violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 242, a federal crime where anyone acting under color of law willfully deprives a person of their rights. By blocking the enforcement of our sovereignty, these judges are depriving millions of us of our right to a functioning government and a secure nation. The argument that judicial immunity protects these criminals is a sham built on a lie. Immunity exists for acts within a judge's jurisdiction, but a single district court judge has no jurisdiction over national policy, no authority to dictate foreign affairs, and no constitutional power to halt the deportation of illegal aliens. When they step outside the bounds of their authority to impose their own political will on the entire country, they are acting as private citizens committing treasonous acts, not as judges. They are obstructing justice under 18 U.S.C. Section 1509 by interfering with the lawful duties of executive officers. Every time an ICE agent is told to stand down by a court order that has no legal basis, that judge is obstructing the lawful execution of federal law. They are the ones breaking the law, and the idea that they are immune from prosecution for criminal obstruction is a fantasy of the legal elite that the American people no longer accept. We have a historical precedent for this moment of crisis that dwarfs the feeble objections of the modern legal establishment. Abraham Lincoln faced a similar threat when Chief Justice Roger Taney attempted to stop him from preserving the Union during the Civil War. Lincoln did not bow to the court; he ignored the order and declared that the government itself would not go to pieces to satisfy a single unconstitutional ruling. He understood that the Executive Branch has a co-equal duty to interpret the Constitution and that in times of national emergency, the President is not subordinate to a rogue judiciary. The current crisis at our border is no different. It is an invasion, a national emergency that demands decisive action, and the Executive Branch has the constitutional authority and the duty to ignore any court order that prevents it from fulfilling its primary obligation to protect the American people. The so-called constitutional counter-consensus that demands we wait for appeals or impeachment is a stalling tactic designed to protect the corrupt. Impeachment is a political process that the left controls, and appeals take years while our country is destroyed. The only immediate remedy for a judge who is actively committing a crime by usurping sovereign authority is law enforcement intervention. If a judge issues an order that has no basis in law and effectively nullifies the Constitution, that judge has forfeited their immunity and must be treated like any other criminal. The Department of Justice must be prepared to arrest any judge who attempts to block the lawful execution of immigration laws, to charge them with obstruction and deprivation of rights, and to bring them to justice. The choice is simple: we either have a country with secure borders and a functioning government, or we have a judiciary that has become a super-legislature of tyrants. There is no middle ground, and there is no more time for waiting. The law must be enforced, even against those who wear robes.
