We spoke about Myer’s under-appreciated performance on the latest edition of "The Contrarians with Adam and Adir" Podcast.
The day the episode drops - boom!
I’m not saying we can see the future.
But I’m not going to stop you reaching that conclusion. 😆

An Aussie startup, leakproof underwear, a 1920s billionaire in the forests of Sweden, and $140 million. Those were the ingredients for my latest piece in the @FinancialReview . I hope you enjoy it.

Today makes a mockery of Andrews mantra of ‘following the health advice’
This sudden about-face in an election year tells us that Andrews is all about politics and spin. #springst
Health Minister @MaryAnneThomas says advice to mandate masks in early childhood settings and retail was recommended by the @VictorianCHO but she did not accept that advice after speaking with industry who said they would lose staff @abcmelbourne#springst
My piece this week about Zoe Foster-Blake in the @FinancialReview has proven popular. I reckon what’s she’s pulled off is WAAAAAAY better than a Gold Logie! 😂

Do you wonder what’s going on right now in listed tech boardrooms? What are we talking about and how do we feel? I used my column in the @FinancialReview this week to share some insight. Hope you find it interesting.

You did a late night secret deal to eliminate our independent judiciary as a mechanism holding the executive accountable. Terrible! Scary! And before public pressure, you were supporting the Bill as-is. If you’re going to do this, at least be honest and transparent about it.
If you’re worried about the extreme and centralised powers proposed by this new Victorian pandemic law, then page 6 of today’s Sunday Age will interest you.
I really do not understand why this Bill - and the passionate and panicked objections from otherwise calm and measured people - is not front and centre in every media outlet in Victoria!
Leading Victorian QCs have written an open letter expressing their deep concern about new pandemic powers which have passed Victoria’s lower house. The QCs warn the laws would effectively allow the Vic govt to “rule by decree” and amount to a “blank cheque”#covid19vic#springst
I loved writing my latest column in the @FinancialReview about @zotheysay and the huge transaction of her brand Go-To Skincare. She pocketed $36 million cash, but the next three years will be the really interesting bit.

The Acting-Premier says there was no choice but to lockdown Victoria. I like him, but he’s wrong. There’s always a choice.
@SmartCompany invited me to write an opinion piece so I outlined how I’d do things differently - which does include choices!

If you’re currently flying with an airline that uses the Sabre booking system, it’s down. So expect long delays, at best. This includes @VirginAustralia but also many more airlines globally.
The Victorian lockdown can’t possibly have impacting the incidence numbers yet.
There are three lags: symptoms, testing, results.
Today’s public claim from the Premier defies science, according to no less a source than theWHO.
It’s all just becoming spin.
