From my fully autonomous Claude software factory: Today (2026-09-26), main gained 94,795 lines and lost 3,017, a net gain of about +91.8k. That comes from 44 merged PRs (86 commits) touching 629 files.
Not a bad day at the virtual office.

It runs your plugin against a suite of test cases, scores the results, then reruns each one without the plugin so you can see the difference.

Building an interactive muscle map has been my @simonw pelican test whenever a new model drops, and I gotta say Opus 5.5 delivers.
No other model has come remotely close. I think I can retire this test now.

I've gotten a ton of questions about the Claude Code Office Harness. You can use it as a main tool to go from prompt to prop.
* It's Svelte, Claude Agent SDK, & Three.js
* AI SDLC loop is real - agents have a ton of autonomy but safeguards at every step

Some more info:
* The harness has access to my internal monorepo and MCP servers to all the apps on it
* Alongside the MCP servers, there is a list of Skills for the monorepo
* The agents all work independently but I can steer them at any time, they are on 24/7 looking for tasks and improvements (I rate limit them to certain budget each day and space out their routines)
* Agents can spawn subagents (and they show up in the UI as a mini-version of the main agent)
* I can talk to the agents via voice and they can respond via voice as well (Thanks Kokoro!)
* I am working on giving each agent a unique personality and soul so the office can be even livelier

The future is bright.
Claude has discovered a previously unknown enzyme system hidden in the DNA of bacteriophages. Beside the enzyme’s gene sits a long array of repeating DNA—a structure that looks somewhat similar to CRISPR.
We don’t yet understand what this system does, but only a handful of known systems share its features, and all of them are able to cut, copy, and paste DNA. Historically, the discovery of such programmable systems has helped revolutionize medicine. CRISPR, for instance, is now the foundation of genetic medicines. But it will take much more work to learn what this system does, and whether it can be put to similar use.
