Dharma Protected: GAC Orders Removal of Derogatory Post
Despite widespread outrage among Hindus, Ms. Mrinal Pande (@MrinalPande1) neither removed her derogatory post about Bhagwan Parshuram nor issued a public apology.
Accordingly, I not only filed a criminal complaint but also wrote to the Grievance Officer of X. Unfortunately, X did not act on my complaint.
However, thanks to the GAC, which allowed my appeal and directed X to remove the offensive post and file a compliance report, the objectionable content has to be taken down now.
We will continue to pursue the criminal proceedings diligently.
As Bhagwan Shri Krishna teaches us, we must focus on doing our Karma without attachment to the results. I firmly believe that whatever Bhagwan Shri Krishna wills shall ultimately be for the greater good of all. 🙏

We made every effort to support Abhishek Gupta Ji following the tragic passing of his 16-year-old daughter on July 30, 2025. According to Abhishek Ji, his daughter was sexually assaulted and hanged by a muslim person. He observed injuries on his deceased daughter’s body and promptly approached the concerned police station for assistance, but his complaint was not addressed.
We immediately escalated the matter to the Court of the Ld. CJM at Karkardooma Court, where we presented the case. The Court has directed the police to submit a status report within 4 days.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to (Sr. Adv. Hari Shankar Jain Ji) @adv_hsjain and (Sr. Adv. Makarand D. Adkar Ji) @AdkarMakarand for their invaluable guidance, as well as to @AdvParthYadav, @munjal_mani, and Adv. Ashish Dwivedi for their dedicated assistance and support in this matter.
I sincerely hope that Abhishek Ji and his deceased daughter receive the justice they deserve.
