🚨 TODAY: The SEC issued an order granting temporary, conditional exemptive relief to Tokenized Securities Venues from the definition of “exchange” in the Exchange Act to trade tokenized NMS stock using innovative permissioned automated market makers and liquidity pools.

Disappointing to see CLARITY fail
But the SEC and CFTC will still roll out their own rules
And crypto’s already started going mainstream
So it’s just a temporary set back
Although it would have been nice if it had passed
BREAKING: CLARITY CLOTURE VOTE FAILS TO PASS WITH 39 YES & 36 NO MISSING THE 60 VOTE REQUIREMENT.
THE CLARITY ACT WILL NOT PASS.
