It’s too late for me but save yourselves: avoid Hamburg. The airport is awful & the train station is the most baffling transport hub I’ve been to in the whole world. The ticket app is useless & trying to work out which platform you need to go to is beyond human understanding.🤬

Supposed German efficiency not in sight at @HamburgAirport. Two passport desks processing hundreds of passengers. Staff vague on which queue to join, leading to folk swapping in desperation, then swapping back again. Our prepaid driver left so delay cost us extra €70. Versagen🤬

Disappointed with @PizzaExpress @Deliveroo delivery. Two pizzas and a salad costing £51. The pizzas arrived in cardboard boxes with no further insulation and as cold as the salad, necessitating lengthy warm up in oven. Deliveroo response to complaint? £4.98 refund. “Its policy”🤬
