Most chronic coffee users are drug addicts and I'm tired of pretending they're not. O_O 😂 Okay, that's intentionally dramatic, but I'm also kinda serious. Caffeine is a psychoactive drug. If you NEED your coffee every morning and feel like absolute shit without it... headache, fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating? That sure sounds a lot like physical dependence to me. 😂 And that's why some of the arguments people make about cannabis users are funny to me. We have workplaces literally providing caffeine for free because being caffeinated can help people stay alert and productive. I mean damn, I'm surprised we stopped at coffee. Why not put a little cocaine machine next to the Keurig? 🤣 O_O Obviously I'm joking before somebody loses their mind. Coffee and cocaine aren't remotely equivalent in risk. My point is how culturally normalized caffeine is. It's so widely accepted that even calling it a drug sounds ridiculous to some people... despite caffeine literally being a drug. That's some weird shit when you actually think about it. 😂
