Sorry, nope. It was Dewey & the foundation of the education establishment’s goal to make them “productive.” Mainly as factory drones. The one goal alone should be to teach them to THINK. This involves the teaching of communication (reading & writing), computation, and reasoning. Productivity will be a natural byproduct.

There is no education in the west. Just indoctrination that produces weak, degenerate, and socially awkward people who are dependent of the government and the people around them to function.

Life teaches us hard lessons and rewards us with wisdom. Children need to be taught to stand strong in adversity and still have an open heart to care.

She is absolutely correct!!! Stay in your lane & do your jobs! Their ONLY job is to provide a balanced, even education to every child!

These are the words all of us have been searching for. She's says it perfectly. This woman is nothing short of a hero. Have you ever heard anyone say it better than this?! How long before she gets crucified by the left and attacked personally or at her job from the left-wing extremists?

The goal should be reading? The goal should be arithmetic? The goal should be preparing for real life and adult self-sufficiency. Love seeing community members and parents speaking up and defending the foundational basics that should be taught and focused on in the classroom.

Ma'am, please ask the board to show you the teacher's job contracts and have a lawyer review those contracts to see what the teacher's job duties are.

My state of NC. The teachers union is partly responsible for pushing for social justice in our schools. For instance this is just a snippet of what’s on the website. Children do not need to know that their teacher is gay. We don’t send our children to school to listen to a teacher talk about their partners. I never knew who my teachers were married to unless it was another school staff member. And even then they didn’t discuss it. Teachers should not feel a need to push to be accepted by the children they are teaching. As far as I am concerned talking about their personal lives regarding sexual preferences with a classroom is a form of indoctrination.

You would assume her point is right, and in the past it was. These days school is all about indoctrination. It's more like prison than a center for learning.

This is exactly what most parents have been trying to say. Education not Indoctrination.

The best speech I have heard about school children & gender ideology. We need this in the UK - parents holding people to account for allowing a toxic & dangerous ideology to be spread through our schools & harming our children. GI must be stopped.
