GOOD DAY, MR PRESIDENT: NIGERIANS DESERVE ACCOUNTABILITY Good day, Mr President. I congratulate you on spending a night in one of Nigeria’s states outside Lagos and Abuja. I hope you enjoyed the warmth, hospitality, and delicious cuisine of Akwa Ibom, which I am sure is even better than those of the destinations where you have spent over 260 days outside Nigeria since coming into office. I sincerely hope this visit will inspire you to travel to the remaining 33 states of the federation, spend time with the people and, more importantly, explain what your administration has done with the ₦15.8 trillion saved from the removal of fuel subsidy, the over $100 billion you have borrowed, the increased revenues accruing to the government from taxing Nigerians, and the additional government revenues which your administration celebrated last year as having surpassed its target. Nigerians deserve to know how many that were pulled out of poverty within this period, how many out-of-school children were returned to school, and how many functional primary healthcare centres you have built. They also deserve to know how much electricity supply has improved, especially given your promise that if you do not fix power, Nigerians should not vote for you. They deserve an explanation of how you have secured the country, which still ranks among the most terrorised countries in the world. Mr President, Nigerians deserve answers. They deserve to know what has been done with the resources entrusted to your government. The New Nigeria we want to build will be based on accountability, transparency, and the physical, measurable impact of our public resources on the lives of citizens. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

Eko disco refunded electricity tokens to us yesterday, that’s when I knew this black out was going to be serious. What is the reason for the blackout please ? Are we going to keep buying fuel and complaining on X or are we going to the relevant nepa offices to question them ?

I slept and woke up without light for the 3rd day in a row now. Please don’t expect any ‘good morning’ from me, there is nothing good about this morning.

They have not even given people at Ikoyi and Lekki (Band A, they value so much) light for 2 days now, it’s Dandizzy at Rumuokoro that is begging for political crumbs they will give 24 hours of light. Delusional deceiver.

Beggi beggi, notice me or I die. You people are the ones making Seyi Tinubu and his father feel relevant because of your personal greed. Nigerians have said they do not want them, their leadership performance is killing citizens; whatever you are doing there is for yourself.
Met seyi tinubu one on one I tell am my mind as I dey work for my money too!!!!

Lol, two months to the election, and all of you are gradually showing yourselves. The other day, it was Phyno, Olamide, Seyi Vibez and co. hanging out at a listening party with Seyi Tinubu, who was wearing the City Boy cap. A subtle co-sign. Another time, it was Teni performing at an APC rally. Today, it is your turn. This is an APC rally, if I’m not mistaken. All of you stand for absolutely nothing. Keep accepting gigs from APC and subtly supporting them. You’ll understand the ripple effect on your streams and shows later. You quickly came to Twitter to post this clip yourself before others could post it. All your attempts in the freestyle to make it sound as though you were calling his father out failed woefully because we see through the facade. Nigerian artists, the lot of you are disappointing, to say the least.

I really don’t like coming online to post my private life but I guess this is necessary. I was assaulted and harassed by police officers at Somolu today. They claimed that the vehicle that I have been driving for 5 years is stolen because a sticker that carries the plate number of the previous car owner was found on the top left corner of the windscreen of my vehicle After giving them all my up-to-date car documents, including my proof of Ownership documents, they insist my car was a stolen vehicle. How is that possible when I have been renewing my papers and going for car inspections every year for the last 5 years ? Thier claim was just outrageous and wasn’t making any sense to me One of them even went away with my car documents and I do not know where he went to and if he had gone to tamper with them. When I asked where my car papers were, one of them punched me in the chest 3 times. I have it on camera I noticed a pattern of oppression and because I didn’t allow myself to be taken advantage of, they ended up rough handling me, holding me on my trousers like a common criminal and finally towing my car and confiscating in the street in front of their their station at Alade Police station, Balogun street Somolu. The environment do not seem safe and my car is a at risk of vandalism and worse getting stolen if it remains there overnight Their intimidation was for me to be extorted and since I didn’t give them the chance to they decided to lay their hands on me and impound my car. One even called me a criminal in my face and threatened to shoot at me. Please I need this post to reach the right authorities. I have called the police hotline designated to handle cases like this and for over 2 hours they kept telling me they will give me a call back. So at this point I am In the dark. Please help me tag and bring the right authorities attention to this post. @AbimbolaShotayo @PoliceNG_CRU @CspIniedu @PoliceNG I will be attaching video evidence of my assault.

Old fools. See how they’re clowning themselves just to be given another opportunity to destroy the country kpata kpata.
Vice President Kashim Shettima and Senator Adams Oshiomhole rocked the stage to the hit song “Buga” during the APC presidential rally held today in Akwa Ibom State.

Solar is not sustainable!!!!!!!! I only see it as emergency backup because power supply is meant to be steady in every functional country.

Openly Believing in people does something amazing to their self esteem and their eventual performance. We should truly strive to let people know how much we believe they can get something done, especially close ones. And let them know it’s okay to fail too.
