Something new we're trying this year is one-night-only, intimate events in 3 cities (Berlin, Dublin, & San Francisco). Each one is a multi-course dinner in a hand-picked venue, threaded throughout with storytelling and the This Next Thing spirit.

In June we brought 160 founders, investors, technologists and people trying to make an impact, together for a few days in the eastern Swiss Alps.
As a group, we examined technology from the perspectives of creativity, magic, and meaning.
It was an experiment, and it worked!👇

Whoa. My 11yo asked a question abt race in America. I gave her a mostly age-appropriate (but def not sanitized) lecture on racism, language, & power in the US. She really listened, asked A+ questions, & told me it was an amazing discussion. Parenting has been SUCH a gift lately.
