Hardening AI plan outputs by forcing "brief-back" conversations until the brief-back makes sense to the plan creator works really well. I've been using this (along with my basic plan review skills) a lot lately, the plan improvements are drastic.

Claude tries so hard to be lazy. Must be trained on lots of real human PR's... Claude: "You're right, but that's a bit more work, I've noted that for a future refactor." And now here I am, having "pep talks" with an AI. Sigh.
