Circle’s new blockchain,
@Arc goes public on Sep 16 ⏳
Gas is paid in
$USDC and big names like BlackRock, Visa and Mastercard are slated as validators.
2 launchpads are doing most of the trading ahead of the mainnet launch:
$TOLLY by
@TollyLabs and
$WARP by
@CircleWarp 🧐
Both run on Arc’s early/private mainnet (chain 5042). Public mainnet is not open yet.
🥇 Tolly: currently #1 by volume
What it does: You launch a token and the whole supply goes straight into a locked USDC pool. It trades immediately. No bonding curve. No “graduation.”
Fees: 1% on trades. On buys, most of that goes to the creator (64%). The rest is split between holders, the protocol, and buybacks that remove
$TOLLY and the project token. Sell fees get burned.
Why people use it: simple, instant liquidity, locked LP, and it currently has the most volume.
🥈Warp: currently #2 by volume
What it does: Classic Pump.fun-style curve.
Token starts on a bonding curve, then at about $69k market cap it moves to a DEX and the LP is burned.
Fees: 1% on the curve, split 50/50 creator and protocol. After graduation it’s 1% split across LPs, creator, and protocol.
Warp says most protocol fees buy and burn
$WARP
Why people use it: familiar curve model, free to launch, and they’re building cross-chain USDC buys (not fully live yet). They also just added tokens priced against stocks like NVDA and TSLA.
📊 Quick compare
Tolly: more volume, no curve, token is live from the first block
Warp: more launches, curve then graduate, bigger cross-chain pitch
Both already earn protocol fees. A lot of current volume is still people trading the pad's own tokens - which is normal this early.
What to watch after September 16 🤔
Does volume stay on these two pads?
Do people start trading launched tokens, not just TOLLY and WARP?
Does Warp’s cross-chain buy path actually turn on?
Risks, plainly: this is still pre-public-mainnet. Contracts are mostly unaudited. Liquidity can vanish. Meme pads are not what Circle is selling to institutions. Don’t treat any of this as investment advice.
One-liner: Arc is a USDC chain launching this Wednesday.
The first real market on it is launchpads and Tolly is ahead of Warp on daily volume.
Disclaimer: This is for information only, not financial, investment, or trading advice.
Arc’s public mainnet is not live yet. Figures come from project posts and sites and can change quickly.
Tokens mentioned are highly speculative.
Do your own research and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
