The EXILE Act (Ending Exploitative Imported Labor Exemptions Act) is a U.S. legislative proposal introduced in February 2026 by Representative Greg Steube that aims to completely eliminate the H-1B visa program.
If passed, the bill would amend Section 214(g)(1)(A) of the Immigration & Nationality Act to reduce the annual H-1B visa cap to zero starting in fiscal year 2027 & permanently thereafter. This would effectively block U.S. companies from filing any new H-1B petitions.
The EXILE Act is currently a bill pending debate in Congress. To become law, it must pass committee reviews, clear both the House of Representatives & the Senate, & ultimately be signed into law by the President.
But letās be honest, the chances of this actually happening seems very, very lowā¦

Under Joe Biden, the Fiscal year 2022 (Oct. 1, 2021āSept. 30, 2022) we had the most H-1B petition approvals on record.
USCIS approved about 442,000 H-1B petitions that year.
Almost half a million in one year.
I understand we all have our grievances with the GOP, but another Democrat in the White House will be catastrophic.
The southern border will be long wide open again, we will be flooded with 20 million more illegals, and the Indian scam machine will be put into maximum overdrive.

I appreciate that the Trump administration is earnestly trying to investigate H-1B fraud but the more research I do, the more dms I get, it just becomes painfully obvious that we are trying to empty the ocean with a shovel.
I have literally thousands and thousands of tips that I've either already sent in or have on my list to send in. And I have BARELY scratched the surface of H-1B fraud. I haven't even started on F1 fraud, OPT fraud, O-1 fraud, it just goes on and on and on.
The amount of fraud is in the millions and thousands more come in every day from every visa under the sun. There are 1.4 billion indians in india. Hundreds of millions of them want to come to America. They will do whatever it takes to scam the system to escape india and the system is so poorly set up that they will be allowed to do it.
We just can't win this way. We need help. We need to turn off the fraud spigot and the only way to do that is if we totally ban all immigration from india indefinitely. It pains me to say this and I don't want to blackpill but the numbers are just too great for us to handle, anything other than a total ban on all indian immigration is just rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.

A few days later, ICE showed up outside the restaurant where she worked as a cook, arrested her, and deported her to Mexico that same day.

They are trying to destroy him because he's very effective at finding and exposing indian visa fraud. The same reason why Charlie Kirk was killed, because he was effective.
Once you are over the target they will try anything to silence you. They will report you, they will harass you, they will sue you and eventually they will try to kill you. They got thousands of accounts to report every single post and every part of his profile. All because he found their fraud and reported them to USCIS.
This cannot be allowed to continue. The state department just set up a portal and asked us to find visa fraud and submit tips. I think this is a fair request. The amount of work that needs to be done is not achievable for the state department alone.
BUT if they are going to ask us to do this work they have to protect us. The State Department needs to put india in its place. They cannot target American citizens who are just doing the work THEY asked us to do.
