to the new followers on here a bit about me ...
life has hit me hard more than a few times. my dad passed abruptly and tragically when i was 18, weeks before leaving for college.
hardship is going to happen to you, it's how you respond to it that matters and the victim mentality is trash. literally never works. get rid of it.
i'm an investor or my own money at the moment and used to work on sell side - i was very good at sales. i understand human psychology pretty well.
I went to an ivy league school and i used to play baseball professionally. turns out 91 with sink and a great slider is not scarce but at least i got paid a little $$$ to sign a piece of paper and made great friends. 2 of them are now coaches in the bigs.
i once helped found, raise $20m for and later rescue a preclinical anticancer therapy company from deaths door - that time in life sucked and it ultimately failed). but i wouldnt trade it for the world.
i have made a lot of dumb mistakes in life. you will too. so don't be so hard on yourself.
lately i vibe coded an app (linkd in bio) to help retail investor avoid the mistakes i've made and fend off the furu induced blow ups. discipline is cheapest in bull markets and most valuable in bears.
most of the times, i will believe in your future potential way more than you do.
i will bust your balls if we're on the same team. you'll also hate to compete against me.
i love the suck of working out hard - goggins is my spirit animal.
i have the most beautiful and amazing wife on the planet. and my family and my friends inspire me. i've been blessed to meet some great humans.
you're going to look back on your life one day and say "i should've said that nice thing" or "i should've taken that risk". do it now.
oh and love and gratitude will always triump over fear, anger and ego.
